The Djurgården team continues to have a disappointing season. Under normal circumstances, given Djurgården’s potential, the team could aim for a 5th place finish, just behind AIK, Malmö, Hammarby, and Elfsborg. Nonetheless, as they did last season, they compete closely with Elfsborg when experiencing a more stable season. However, with Mjällby at the top of the table, it seems ambitious for Djurgården to finish higher than 6th or 7th place. Currently, they sit in 9th position with 15 points, dangerously close to the relegation zone, just 2 points above it. Following a month-long hiatus, Djurgården hopes to return to winning ways in this match against Norrköping.
